Plenty of activity centres along the coast (usually situated within hotels) offer water sports such as stand-up paddle boarding sailing, water skiing, wakeboarding, scuba diving, jet skiing and parasailing.
The Ras Al Khaimah coast is also a fantastic spot for fishing, and deep sea fishing tours offer guests the chance to catch their own dinner.
A little way inland, along Ras Al Khaimah Creek, is a vast area of mangroves that’s home to a diverse array of bird species and other wildlife. Venturing into the mangroves on kayak is like entering another world, and a wonderful experience for nature lovers.
